This red wine composed of DORNFELDER and REGENT offers an assemblage of sweetness and character.

The nose is very pleasant, of good intensity, mineral at first before developing smoky notes. On aeration, the notes of ripe fruits (blackberries, morello cherries, fruit jelly) mix with vegetal notes.

The attack is fresh and light, with spicy flavours (pepper, clove) in mid-palate, followed by very ripe and firm tannins.

This wine was produced using traditional methods, and is therefore rich in body. A light deposit may be present on the cork on opening, this is perfectly normal.
