The cellar, installed in a new building of 300 m² is perfectly insulated to maintain an indispensable optimal control of fermentation temperatures and ensure the smooth running of the fermentation process.

 

It benefits from the latest technologies (thermoregulated stainless steel fermentation tanks).

50% of the wine is produced in stainless steel tanks, the remaining 50% is aged and vinified in oak barrels for a period
12 months minimum.

 

The blending of wines is a crucial step in the field. The time spent and the meticulous study of each of our grape varieties allows us to obtain qualitative wines.

Wine services…

We offer all wine services, from planting, the choice of grape varieties, the management and maintenance of the vine (pre-pruning, spraying, harvesting machine, …) and the custom manufacturing your different vintages in traditional method (time on slats, riddling and custom disgorging).
