Pale yellow robe of good intensity suggesting an attractive fine grained texture, original nose of keen intensity with notes of fresh and citrus fruits.

On the palate, the attack is clean, one finds a good compromise between the richness, minerality and intense acidity. A long finish.
Excellent with white meats and fish.
